Mr. Long has spent over 15 years working with business buyers and sellers. Before becoming a merger and acquisition advisor, he spent more than 20 years as a health care executive with major health care companies in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
His experience includes managing business sales and purchases for closely held business owners in a wide variety of industries. Tom gained very specialized health care experience when he managed business sales and purchases for a large health care system. Tom has also owned, operated and sold a number of businesses.
This personal experience gives him a unique insight and understanding into the logistical, operational and emotional challenges closely held business owners face when running, selling and acquiring privately held businesses.
He graduated from St. Louis University and Webster University, is a Certified Health Care Executive (CHE) and is working toward Certified Business Broker (CBB) certification. Mr. Long is a member of the Business Brokers Network™.
